| Safety and health training is the most critical step

greatly reduces the potential for harm to an individual but also

With this training program,
ISPI demonstrates the importance of proper
respiratory protection using a TSI particle counter 8020. Explicit
instructions are given on how to properly use respiratory equipment
for both qualitative and quantitative measurements. Fit tests will

HAZWOPER |

The OSHA HAZWOPER Standards29 CFR 1910.20 requires that employees
working in and around hazardous waste have specific health and
safety plans (HASP) and has competent safety officers to enforce
health and safety rules. ISPI training topics for this program
include HAZWOPER regulations, safety and health plans, hazardous
chemicals, safety hazards, air monitoring, medical surveillance,
site control, decontamination, personal protective equipment,
respiratory equipment and consideration for designating health and
safety officers.
