Air Sampling / Chemical testing
ISPI’s highly qualified experts will sample the air for specific chemical compounds including, acids, solvents & gases, and determine the cause, nature and degree of the contaminant, as well as, potential employee exposure.  We can then offer a proposal to rectify the situation.

Mold Sampling

Conducting a visual inspection to look for any obvious signs of mold is the first step.   Then, ISPI will continue with mold testing, which is the collection of samples for analysis, using air and/or surface (swipe or tape lift) samples. Bulk sampling such as, carpet or sheet rock may also be necessary.  This will allow us to identify what types of molds may be present, propose remediation procedures and determine potential health risks.

Site Safety Audits

ISPI’s CSP will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your facility to ensure compliance with OSHA and other individual industry standards.  Upon completion of the inspection, we will recommend improvement strategies with regard to where you may need to be brought up to current standards and/or where you may need to put additional standards in place to ensure compliance and guarantee the optimum working environment for your employees.

Indoor Air Quality

Investigating an employee grievance or just being pro-active, ISPI’s trained staff will examine your site for pollutant levels utilizing professionally calibrated, on-site, diagnostic tools.  We will perform detailed analysis of HVAC, temperature, humidity, exhaust fumes or simple “smells”.

Expert Witness / Litigation Support

ISPS’s President and CEO, Bradley A. Prill, CIH, CSP, is available as an expert witness to provide support and expert testimony in matters relating to Environmental Health and Safety.   He can provide you with the necessary analytical data and documentation to legally support the conclusions.  He can also assist in trial strategy and appear in court as an expert witness.

Noise Exposure

ISPI offers the best training programs on hearing conservation. We will demonstrate proper use of equipment and effective methods to avoid damage to hearing.

Radiation

Almost everything we encounter in daily life has some degree of radioactive material, whether it is naturally occurring or manmade.  It is the radioactive contamination that can spread via direct contact or inhalation.  Since radiation can not be detected by human senses, let one of ISPI’s qualified technicians inspect your site using our sophisticated testing equipment, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Ventilation / Design & Development

HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) is an essential component to any operation.  It is responsible for air and pollutants that are distributed throughout your facility.   ISPI’s CIH can test, monitor and re-design existing systems or design entirely new systems to add value, reduce cost and provide reliability.  Our CIH has had extensive experience designing, implementing and maintaining HVAC systems for top tier companies in the Semiconductor and Medical fields.

Meth Lab Residue Sampling

Suspect a clandestine methamphetamine lab may have been set up on or near your property?  ISPI can sample for actual methamphetamine and known common ingredients used to produce it.   We will let you know if any chemical residue remains and recommend remediation, if necessary.  Then, we will conduct a final clearance sampling.
